Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools: saws, routers, measuring instruments, and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs without constant supervision or a helper.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce quality work efficiently.
• Good verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Their main clientele is higher-end clients who expect expert craftsmanship, and that standard applies across every job we take on. We are looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join the team as a long-term employee.About This RoleThis is a hands-on position. You will be expected to perform the work yourself, not manage a crew or delegate tasks. The majority of our jobs are completed by one person working independently.
