Job summary

Gills Point S Tire is seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join a team committed to service, growth, and family values. The role focuses on diagnosing complex vehicle issues, performing advanced mechanical repairs, and mentoring junior technicians to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities include leading advanced diagnostics, engine and drivetrain repairs, and coordinating with service advisors to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• ASE Master Technician Certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue and maintain ASE certifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, engine performance, transmission, electrical, and network concerns.
• Perform engine teardown, overhaul, repair, and replacement.
• Mentor and train apprentice, Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Maintain quality control inspections and ensure manufacturer specifications.
