Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Expert-level diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across multiple vehicle systems.
• Willingness to pursue and maintain ASE certifications with company support.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose complex drivability, engine performance, transmission, electrical, and network communication concerns.
• Perform engine teardown, overhaul, repair, and replacement; diagnose and repair drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Mentor and train apprentice, Level 1, and Level 2 technicians; provide technical guidance on difficult diagnostics.
• Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are returned to customers; ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Assist Service Advisors with technical recommendations and repair explanations; help coordinate workflow to maximize shop productivity.
