Job summary

Maserati of Indianapolis is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role offers a pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentive-based pay, plus relocation assistance, training and manufacturer certifications, flexible shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

A minimum of 3 years' experience, ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred, and a self-starting, process-driven mindset are ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Self-starter with a process-driven approach.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and HVAC.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers as required.
• Continuously update skills through formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
