Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, Indiana. The Master Technician will diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards and contribute to building customer loyalty through trust and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension/align, A/C, computer systems).
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (employees/customers).
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
