Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Automotive Master Technician with 3+ years of experience to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems including brake, electrical, and A/C, while delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers growth within a large family-owned group and access to ongoing training and certifications.

The position includes a pay range of $75,000–$130,000 with incentive-based pay, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Master Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to customers and staff clearly.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
