Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in Seekonk, MA is seeking a Master or Level A Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles per factory standards. You will work with a broad range of systems and leverage manufacturer certifications, including engine, electrical, brakes, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.

Responsibilities include repair-order execution, communicating needs to advisors, maintaining CSI targets, and pursuing ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must have basic tools and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Diagnose vehicles and communicate additional work needed to the service advisor.
• Maintain CSI scores and complete warranty documentation as required.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and stay current with tech updates.
• Road test and verify repairs as appropriate.
