Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair and service vehicles at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. The role emphasizes technical excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The Master Technician will perform repairs, conduct road tests, document work, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have great technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy and efficiency in line with dealership standards.
• Perform warranty repairs and file warranty claims as needed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and performance.
• Document all work and communicate additional needs to service advisors.
