Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician in Massachusetts to repair and diagnose vehicles to factory standards, and to contribute to exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes ongoing training, compliance with safety and quality standards, and teamwork in a dynamic dealership environment.

The successful candidate will have ASE and manufacturer certifications where possible, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to complete repair orders

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and diagnose vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete repair orders with accurate notes and timekeeping.
• Communicate with service advisors when additional work is needed.
• Participate in manufacturer training programs and schools.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
