• Use handheld scanners and tools for accurate diagnostics.
• Document work and communicate progress to service advisors.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Assist other technicians and train junior staff as needed.
• Ensure customer vehicles are delivered clean and functional.
