Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in Burlington, MA is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform factory service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will work with a team to deliver quality workmanship and safety, while earning a competitive flat-rate pay of $38-$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred
• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Must have basic tools
• Great technical and mechanical skills
• Team player with strong communication
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and diagnostic work on customer vehicles per repair order
• Use manufacturer standards and service procedures
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs when needed
• Document all work performed and communicate with service advisor
• Maintain CSI targets and quality workmanship
• Complete warranty repair orders and claims
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored trainings
• Keep vehicles clean and return them to customers in good condition
