Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, or replace automotive parts using approved tools and procedures.
• Read service tickets and training manuals to perform tasks correctly.
• Operate diagnostic and wheel alignment equipment as required.
• Provide training and guidance to new associates and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and comply with safety rules.
• Answer customer questions about completed service work.
