Job summary

Woodie’s Auto Service & Repair is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic in Charleston, SC. You will diagnose and repair diverse vehicle systems, from brakes to HVAC, while explaining repairs to customers and service advisors. This role emphasizes quality workmanship and a customer-first mindset.

We value 5+ years of hands-on experience, and ASE Certification/NC Inspection License are preferred. In-person, full-time position with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

• ASE Certification & NC Inspection License (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems including brakes and hydraulics
• Repair exhaust systems and fuel and ignition systems
• Handle electrical and computer diagnostics
• Work on suspension and alignment and HVAC systems
• Clearly explain repairs to service advisors and customers
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with a customer-first mindset
