Job summary

The role requires extensive vehicle knowledge, tool ownership, and adherence to safety and EPA standards. You will handle brakes, alignment, A/C, suspension, and other installation tasks, while guiding junior staff, maintaining the workshop, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications in steering & suspension, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC.
• EPA R-12/R134a recovery/recycling certification.
• Own tools and willingness to perform wide range of automotive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs, installations, and service per tickets.
• Operate diagnostic and alignment machinery.
• Provide training and guidance to new associates.
• Maintain workshop hygiene, safety, and order.
• Assist customers with service explanations and recommendations.
