Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience required.
• ASE certifications and Honda experience are a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment and automotive technology.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Complete repair orders accurately and professionally.
• Perform diagnostic testing using electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, management, and the parts department.
• Maintain high standards for repair quality and safety.
• Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and repair procedures.
• Complete manufacturer training and certifications as required.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
