Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced A or B-Level Automotive Technician for a Fort Wayne shop. This full-service facility services all makes and models, emphasizing diagnostics, teamwork, and customer service.

The role offers a flat-rate pay of $35–$45 per flagged hour, Monday–Friday, with weekends off. Benefits include medical and life insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement plan, and ongoing training.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• 2+ years of automotive diagnostic experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing all makes and models.
• Comfortable performing diagnostics through completed repairs.
• Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) systems.
• ASE certifications are preferred; equivalent proven experience will be strongly considered.

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A or B-Level Automotive Technician to join a highly rated automotive repair facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-service shop services all makes and models while also operating alongside an independent new and used vehicle dealership. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair a wide variety of automotive systems on all makes and models.
• Perform repairs efficiently from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to document vehicle condition and recommended services.
