Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience required.
• ASE certifications and Honda experience are a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment and automotive technology.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures.

B-Level Technicians

You have a solid foundation in automotive repair and are ready to take your skills and earning potential to the next level. You can perform routine maintenance, repairs, and intermediate diagnostics with increasing independence.

A-Level Technicians

You're an experienced technician who can efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, work independently, and consistently produce quality work.

Master-Level Technicians

You're a highly experienced diagnostician and repair professional who can tackle challenging repairs, mentor other technicians, and consistently deliver efficient, high-quality work.

What You'll Do
