Job summary

Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring experienced automotive technicians at B, A, and Master levels. The dealership offers a 50-hour weekly guarantee, competitive flat-rate pay, a modern air-conditioned shop, and monthly warranty bonuses.

We provide paid MPI, factory training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team. ASE certifications and Honda experience are a plus, but qualified technicians from other builders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Complete repair orders accurately and professionally.

You have a solid foundation in automotive repair and are ready to take your skills and earning potential to the next level. You can perform routine maintenance, repairs, and intermediate diagnostics with increasing independence.

A-Level Technicians

You're an experienced technician who can efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, work independently, and consistently produce quality work.

Master-Level Technicians

You're a highly experienced diagnostician and repair professional who can tackle challenging repairs, mentor other technicians, and consistently deliver efficient, high-quality work.
