Job summary

Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring experienced automotive technicians at B, A, and Master levels. The dealership offers a 50-hour weekly guarantee, competitive flat-rate pay, a modern air-conditioned shop, and monthly warranty bonuses.

We provide paid MPI, factory training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team. ASE certifications and Honda experience are a plus, but qualified technicians from other builders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Professional automotive repair experience required.
Dealership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to complete background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures.
Complete repair orders accurately and professionally.
Perform diagnostic testing using electronic diagnostic equipment.
Communicate effectively with service advisors, management, and the parts department.
Maintain high standards for repair quality and safety.
Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and repair procedures.
Complete manufacturer training and certifications as required.
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
