Job summary

Young Automotive Group is seeking a Master Technician to join our fast-paced, modern shop in Layton, Utah. Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while using advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer training.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, access to our Center of Excellence, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, dental and life insurance. ASE certification preferred but not required; valid driver's license and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

ASE Certification preferred, not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience as Automotive Technician or mechanic.
Strong understanding of diagnostics and automotive technology.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models using advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections).
Work with modern automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
Ensure repairs meet industry standards and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
