Job summary

Young Automotive Group is seeking a qualified Master Technician to join our high-performing service team in a fast-paced, modern shop environment. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, with access to Ford training and the Center of Excellence to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Ford, Dodge, or equivalent manufacturer certified Master Level Technicians.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models using cutting-edge technology
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Work with advanced automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer service

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred but not required)
• Ford, Dodge, or equivalent manufacturer certified Master Level Technicians

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
