Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (A-Level) to diagnose and repair vehicles at our Auburn, MA location. Earn $40.00–$50.00 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

We emphasize guest satisfaction, safety, and ongoing training. A Master Technician with factory certifications is preferred; strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred. Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work on complex tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Examine vehicles to determine if further safety work is needed or recommended.
• Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders.
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Conduct road tests to verify work when necessary and practical.
