Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Service Technician for its MA service operation. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing repairs per repair orders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences within a collaborative team.

The technician will use handheld diagnostic devices, participate in ongoing manufacturer training, and ensure high customer satisfaction scores. A strong toolset and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Examine vehicles to determine additional safety or service needs.
• Document work performed and communicate with the service advisor.
• Maintain technician proficiency to Asbury standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs when appropriate.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuous learning.
