Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Sharon, MA is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (A-Level) to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles with a strong focus on guest experiences. You will perform multi-point inspections, document outcomes, and maintain high CSI scores while following manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Passion for repairing cars and delivering guest experiences.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Examine vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required.
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Maintain technician proficiency per Asbury standards.
• Complete the work and time-keeping for warranty repairs and claims.
