Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians in North Carolina to join our team. You may be placed as Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician based on experience, with leadership and mentoring duties for higher levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• 2+ years of Auto Glass Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace vehicle glass at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop, focusing on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master Technicians mentor others and share best practices.
