Safelite is hiring Auto Glass Technicians in Gastonia, NC. The role offers progression from Technician to Senior and Master Technician with coaching opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform glass repair/replacement, calibrations, and customer interactions in Safelite shops and mobile settings. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and experience with glass installation, safety systems, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year of vehicle glass installation, repair, replacement, recalibration experience preferred.
• Experience with recalibrating automotive safety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate auto safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain safety and quality standards.
