Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Master Assembler - Releasing in Bristol, IN. This Regular Employee, Hourly Non-Exempt position pays $26.00 per hour. The role requires following instructions, strong print reading, and the ability to work independently or in teams while meeting daily production goals.

You will troubleshoot and repair assigned work, rotate to other stations, and update work orders in Aurora. Proficiency with MS Office is expected; Aurora knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be mechanically inclined with hand, air and power tools.
• Detail oriented with QA standards understanding.
• Flexible to work any zone and rotate stations.
• Good computer skills; MS Office; knowledge of Aurora a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Troubleshoot and repair assigned work.
• Operate in Zones 1, 2, 4 and 5 as needed.

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $26.00 - 26.00

What you'll do:

• Must be able to follow instructions (both verbal & written), fluent in advanced print reading with limited information, work individually and in a team setting.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Troubleshoot and Repair assigned work.
• Must be proficient in work areas in Zones 1, 2, 4 & 5 to fill as needed to meet daily production goals.
• Update work order information in Aurora.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations.
• Perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.

What you need to be successful:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools.
• Must perform work proficiently and be detail oriented.
• Understand and uphold Quality Assurance standards.
• Must be flexible to work any zone.
• Must have strong computer skills using MS Office, knowledge of Aurora is a plus.
