Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group in Bristol, IN is seeking a Master Assembler - Releasing to join our manufacturing team. You will follow instructions, read prints, and assemble components to tight tolerances.

The role is hourly non-exempt, with opportunities to work across zones, use MS Office, and update Aurora. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment for your professional growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined; able to work with hand, air and power tools.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance adherence.
• Flexible to work any zone and rotate as needed.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office; Aurora a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal and written instructions and read prints.
• Repair and troubleshoot assigned tasks.
• Work across Zones 1, 2, 4 & 5 to meet daily production goals.
• Update work orders in Aurora.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with team and rotate to other workstations.

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $26.00 - 26.00

What you’ll do:

• Must be able to follow instructions (both verbal & written), fluent in advanced print reading with limited information, work individually and in a team setting.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Troubleshoot and Repair assigned work.
• Must be proficient in work areas in Zones 1, 2, 4 & 5 to fill as needed to meet daily production goals.
• Update work order information in Aurora.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations.
• Perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.

What you need to be successful:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools.
• Must perform work proficiently and be detail oriented.
• Understand and uphold Quality Assurance standards.
• Must be flexible to work any zone.
• Must have strong computer skills using MS Office, knowledge of Aurora is a plus.
