You will join a team responsible for assembly, training, and cross-coverage across multiple jobs. The position emphasizes adherence to ISO work instructions, safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment
• Ability to read and understand ISO work instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Complete production activities according to ISO work instructions
• Meet takt time and complete assignments within expectations
• Set up workstations as needed
• Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished products
• Check parts with fixtures and gauges when required
• Provide coverage across multiple jobs to address gaps
• Train and onboard new hires and assist in onboarding
