Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler for the Willard, OH plant to join the 1st shift. You will complete production tasks per ISO work instructions, set up stations, inspect parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting takt-time targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read ISO work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks according to ISO work instructions.
• Setup work stations as needed and complete takt-time targets.
• Perform visual inspections and use gauges.
• Report safety or quality issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
