Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Master Assembler for our Willard plant in Willard, OH, on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm). Base pay is $20.60/hour with a training premium totaling $22.10/hour. You’ll support onboarding, cover multiple jobs, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will set up stations, perform visual inspections, and help train new hires while upholding quality and ISO instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand ISO work instructions.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and train others.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard production assembly according to ISO work instructions.
• Complete tasks within takt time and set up workstations as needed.
• Inspect in-process and finished products for quality.
• Use fixtures and gauges to check parts as required.
• Perform operator maintenance as needed and keep area clean.
• Assist training and onboarding of new hires when applicable.
• Provide coverage across multiple jobs to address gaps.
