About the role

The Massage Therapist provides superior massage services and body treatments according to established protocols, ensuring guests experience peace and relaxation. Responds to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction and comfort.

What you will do

1. Provide a superior level of massage and body treatments.
2. Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries regarding the spa and fitness center.
3. Upsell and create added value by staying current with service and product offerings, promoting treatments and products with thorough knowledge of their health benefits.
4. Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
5. Keep all departmental areas neat and clean, including treatment rooms and prep areas.
6. Operate, utilize, and clean all equipment in the spa treatment rooms according to hotel and state board requirements.

What you bring

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
