About the role:

The Massage Therapist provides a superior level of massage services and body treatments according to established protocols, ensuring all guests experience peace and relaxation. Responds to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction and comfort.

What you will do:

• Provide a superior level of massage and body treatments.
• Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, and assist guests with inquiries related to the spa and fitness center.
• Upsell and create added value for guests by staying current with service and product offerings and promoting treatments and products based on their health benefits.
• Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
• Keep all departmental areas neat and clean, including treatment rooms and prep areas.
• Operate, utilize, and clean all equipment in the spa treatment rooms according to hotel and state board requirements.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a non-call position.
• Candidate must work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
