Job Description

Must have Saturday availability. The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction by performing high-quality massage services in accordance with Omni standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional treatment experiences to help guests relax and regain balance.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and manage laundry efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas and equipment per state guidelines.
• Use professional stock in compliance with PAR levels to minimize waste.
• Begin and end treatments on time, following all procedures.
• Ensure guests leave with a completed prescription form after each service.
• Encourage retail sales, aiming for a minimum of 10% of sales daily/weekly/monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in massage therapy, preferably in an upscale salon or spa.
• Proficient in traditional and modern massage techniques.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Active Massage Therapist License in Texas.
• Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures.
• Dependable with flexible on-call scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
