Massage Envy Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. We offer competitive hourly pay of $17.50–$34.00 plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with employer-paid health coverage for full-time staff and AMTA membership included.

We provide ongoing education, extensive training, and a supportive work environment designed for growth. We have both full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with active license to perform services in Thousand Oaks, CA/ Ventura County.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy school with a certificate of completion.
• Genuine passion for improving lives through touch and wellness.
• Willingness to learn different protocols and products (Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve service goals.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Thousand Oaks, California/ Ventura County
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
