Job summary

Massage Envy Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking motivated team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and encourage retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

The role supports clinic flow by greeting guests and managing calls, emails, and scheduling, helping grow a loyal client base. The position offers full-time and part-time options with a flexible schedule, training, and a focus on growth within

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
