What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet clients with courtesy and a friendly smile.
• Hold a valid license and perform body treatments, recommend and sell retail products.
• Offer services and products according to established quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment properly.
• Assess clients' needs and expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in your workspace.
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing education.
• Know pricing, services, policies, and product information.
• Display professionalism and confidence.
• Build and maintain a retail and service client base.
• Complete services within designated time frames.
• Assist with additional responsibilities when not servicing clients.
• Proficiently perform value-added services.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of sanitation.
• Record client information accurately and keep up to date with guest information.

• Michigan Massage License.
• Certificate from an accredited massage program.
