About The Role
Provide fully remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Use data to monitor progress and adapt treatments accordingly.
Collaborate with other providers and refer clients as needed.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements
- Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- At least two years of clinical experience with adults.
- Minimum six months of teletherapy experience.
- Available for sessions between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
- Able to work 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- Available for at least 1 hour/week for the first 4 weeks, then 30 min/month ongoing.
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) and electronic health records.
- Preferred availability between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. PST.
