Qualifications

• Current Arizona Massage Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in Swedish, Therapeutic, Maternity, Reflexology, and Hot Stone modalities.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and guest care.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest’s needs and goals.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that promotes relaxation.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend additional spa services.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest’s individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that promotes relaxation and enhances the overall spa experience.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend additional spa services and wellness offerings when appropriate.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless operations while consistently delivering exceptional guest service.

What you bring

• Current Arizona Massage Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Maternity, Reflexology, and Hot Stone preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques, with a commitment to continued learning and professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
