JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

This position involves providing massages and facial treatments to spa guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Florida state and national certification for massage therapy; must be insured
• Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, hot rock, reflexology, and aromatherapy massages, as well as body treatments
• Strong communication and coping skills, professional decision-making, and effective problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of five years experience in a luxury spa setting
• Positive, energetic personality with a desire to succeed
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Fluent in English, with effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including on the casino floor where environmental factors such as smoke and noise may be present
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform visual tasks
