Description
The Lead Massage Therapist/ DEM (Designated Establishment Manager) is jointly responsible for ensuring operational compliance of the spa facility following the Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulations, in collaboration with the Community or Lifestyle Manager. The Lead Massage Therapist must possess industry knowledge and a fundamental understanding of each treatment protocol, updating them as necessary to maintain community standards. Additionally, the Lead Massage Therapist/ DEM will perform various modalities, including Swedish, deep-tissue massage, and hot stone therapy, utilizing techniques with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, and forearms.
