Spavia - Long Beach is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
  
• W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Relaxation Massage/ 60 min/ $52-$59
• Advanced Deep Tissue, Sports, Salt Stone/ 60 min/ $65-$69
• Extended Modalities/ 80-100 min/ $75-$90
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
  
• Average therapists' gratuity: ~20% included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hours/week earn up to $70K-$75K+ annually
• Steady bookings keep your income strong--most therapists are 80-90% booked
  
• Extra pay from enhancements and upgrades

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages
