We are actively hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to join our established team at Spavia Sandy, an independently-owned luxury day spa. If you want consistent bookings, predictable income, and a team that actually has your back, we want to talk to you.

COMPENSATION REAL NUMBERS

$56$63 per 60-minute massage (base + typical gratuity)

Base pay: $28$35 per 60-minute service (based on experience)

Typical gratuity per 60-minute service: approximately $28

Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service

Additional earnings through advanced modalities, retail, and memberships

Typical 5-hour shift (45 services): $224$315 per shift before boosts and tips

Many evening and weekend therapists are 8090% booked, creating strong and predictable income.

10-minute reset between services to complete SOAP notes and prepare without rushing
