Massage Therapist

Sway by Spavia is hiring part-time and full-time at multiple locations in the Denver area for Licensed Massage Therapists.

Top-performing massage therapists at Sway earn $70,000-$85,000 per year while working a balanced 30-35 hour schedule.

With an average scheduled rate of over 85%, our massage therapists stay consistently busy while maintaining a manageable workload.

Top earners achieve $60-$65 per service hour (including gratuity), with guests averaging $24 in tips per treatment, highlighting the value placed on exceptional service.

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Signature/Relaxation Massage | 50 min | $60-$65

Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 50 min | $60-$65

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments

Average therapists gratuity: ~$20-20%

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

• Convert great experiences into memberships by recommending clear routine visits
• Drive retail sales by recommending retail products to extend at-home care
