Massage Therapist Spavia Lowry Town Center

Spavia Lowry Town Center is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Denver, Colorado.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Avg pay per 60‑min massage: $52‑$62 (includes gratuity)

Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80‑100 min treatments

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure – based on experience

Service – Length – Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage – 60 min – $52‑$56
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone – 60 min – $57‑$61
• Extended Modalities – 80‑100 min – $63‑$80

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments

Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included

Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K‑$75K+ annually

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• Typical shift 5‑6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
