Lead Massage Therapist

Spavia SouthPark is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Avg pay per 60-min massage: $55-$66 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services: Up to $82 for 80-100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $55-$58
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $60-$64
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $66-$84
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually plus Lead Pag
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Lead Responsibilities

• Lead responsibilities are separate from treatment work and are paid hourly at $18 - $20, while hands-on treatments continue to be paid per-treatment with applicable gratuities and commissions.
• Team Management: Build and balance weekly therapist schedules; manage swaps/requests; ensure peak-time coverage and maximize provider utilization.
• Training & Coaching: Onboard new MTs; coach body mechanics, service protocols, SOAP quality, and enhancement uptake; mentor for a consistent 5-star guest experience.
• Sales, KPIs & Reporting: Lead daily huddles and maintain a visible scoreboard; drive membership and retail goals; track/report utilization, rescheduling %, enhancement attach rate, and guest reviews/NPS; execute monthly campaigns.
• Standards & Guest Experience: Model Spavia treatment standards; ensure thorough consultations, ethical upsells, and clear home-care guidance with pre-scheduling.
• Cleanliness, Safety & Presentation: Oversee room readiness (linens, warmers, tools), sanitation, and safety checks so every space is clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Hiring & Onboarding: Assist with interviews/auditions, orientation, and modality training; uphold Spavia Brand Standards and guest-journey scripts.
• Inventory & Equipment: Monitor massage product/back-bar levels, enhancement supplies, and linens; coordinate ordering/receiving and par levels; control shrink and maintain equipment.

Schedule & Benefits

• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6.5 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
