Qualifications

Must have at least 1-3 years experience in a Massage Therapist position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service.
Setup and break down of designated treatment area.
Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager.
Set up and break down the designated treatment area with neat, stocked workspaces.
Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities when needed.
Interact cooperatively with guests and co-workers.
Anticipate guest needs and uphold Forbes 5 Star standards.
Communicate guest problems to the Spa Manager on Duty.
Daily outreach to clientele and track retail goals for Sisley Spa.
Maintain customer retention of 5%.
Maintain safety, sanitation and disinfection standards.
Clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment per TRILOGY and state guidelines.
Follow service rules under license in the State.
Use PPE and sanitation standards per TRILOGY and State Governing Body.
Make decisions of a broad nature in line with policy.

Job Summary

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional massage, baths, and body therapies. Must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to perform services using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are a must.

Responsibilities

Understand and abide by TRILOGY and The Spa at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort policies and procedures.
Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service.
Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
Setup and break down of designated treatment area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers by maintaining neat and well-stocked work areas.
Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities, when needed.
Interact cooperatively with, and with consideration towards guests and co-workers.
Anticipate guest’s needs and adhere to The Spa at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and TRILOGY’s standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star Standards.
Communicates guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty.
Daily outreach to Clientele and tracking with understanding of retail goals set by Sisley Spa.
Customer retention of 5% maintained.
Maintain safety and sanitation and disinfection standards.
Properly clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines.
Follow service rules and regulations under their license in the State.
Use all PPE and sanitation standards by TRILOGY and the State Governing Body.
Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.
