Job summary

The Atlanta Athletic Club’s Retreat Spa is hiring a Massage Therapist in a part-time capacity. You will deliver high-quality spa treatments, tailor to client needs, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited massage therapy program and an active Georgia license, possess excellent communication, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding AAC core values.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited massage therapy program.
• Current Georgia professional license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments per protocols.

Massage Therapist – Part Time

Position Overview

The Massage Therapist is a key member of The Retreat Spa team, responsible for delivering exceptional spa services in alignment with established protocols and standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, committed to excellence, and dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for every member and guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring adherence to The Retreat Spa’s protocols
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ symptoms, medical history, and desired outcomes
• Always maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Use spa products efficiently to minimize waste and support sustainability efforts
• Perform light housekeeping duties to uphold spa cleanliness and ambiance
• Actively promote additional spa services and retail products to enhance the client experience
• Support and uphold the core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through professional conduct and service excellence

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of an accredited program in massage therapy
• Current and valid professional license in the State of Georgia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, flexible, and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Skilled in assessing client needs and recommending appropriate treatments
• Able to build rapport and make clients feel comfortable and valued
