Job summary

Atlanta Athletic Club Foundation, Inc. seeks a Part Time Server Assistant for the Men’s Grill in Johns Creek. Approx. 20–25 hours per week with varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll support servers, maintain a clean dining area, and contribute to a premier guest experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly, guest-focused and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. We offer PTO, holiday pay at 1.5x, 401k eligibility from day one, and complimentary meals during shifts.

Men’s Grill Server Assistant – Part Time
We are seeking dedicated Server Assistants to join our team working in the Men’s Grill approximately 20 -25 hours per week. Candidates must be available for various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC)
• Promote an attitude of teamwork by assisting other team members on the floor and with side work
• Fulfill both opening and closing side work on each shift
• Ensure that tables, chairs, and setups are done prior to guest being seated
• Continuously inspects the dining room for cleanliness and order throughout the shift and rectify issues promptly
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that each request is fulfilled in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings
• Assist servers with delivering plates to tables and promptly replenish beverages
• Clean and reset tables; practices consistent removal of used plates and/or glassware
• Inventory all condiments in the cooler and retrieve more from dry goods if needed
• Assists in other departments/club functions to help as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages)
• Safely lift and move kegs weighing up to 120 pounds, with assistance
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy trays of food and beverages
• Strong ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with team members

Qualifications:

• Previous fine dining serving experience preferred, though we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
• Friendly and guest-focused, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our members
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay for working on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
• 401k enrollment on day one (1) - team member contributions if eligible
• 401k employer contributions (4%) after one year if eligible
