Job summary

The Atlanta Athletic Club’s Retreat Spa is hiring a Massage Therapist in a part-time capacity. You will deliver high-quality spa treatments, tailor to client needs, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited massage therapy program and an active Georgia license, possess excellent communication, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding AAC core values.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited massage therapy program.
• Current Georgia professional license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments per protocols.
• Conduct client consultations to assess symptoms and goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Promote additional spa services and products to guests.
• Uphold AAC core values through service excellence.
• Perform light housekeeping duties in the spa area.
